  2.     To compile the source code for TPBoard 4.2 requires that you
  3. have access to several commercial development packages. They are
  4. Overlay Manager and Turbo Professional from Turbo Power software,
  5. and the DataBase and Editor Toolboxes from Borland.
  6.  
  7.     If you don't have access to any of these development tools,
  8. then you are going to have a difficult time converting TPBoard to
  9. operate without them. I see no way of dispencing with the need for
  10. the DataBase Toolbox. The others could be replaced with your own
  11. routines without to much difficulty. If you don't use Overlay
  12. Manager, the program will still run, but it'll be a lot bigger.

  14.     All of the code in TPBoard is copyrighted, and you are not
  15. allowed to distribute it in modified form. You ARE free to modify
  16. it for your own use. You are own your own when compiling TPBoard.
  17. We will not offer ANY assistence to anyone wanting to modify the
  18. source code.
